If an item is damaged or defective you can send it back to us as a complaint. In order for us to be able to process the complaint we kindly ask you to proceed as follows:
Fill in the return form
For “Return Reason” please choose 3c: “Item is damaged/defective”
Describe defect/damage on the back of the return form
Put the return form in the return parcel
You can find a copy of both the return form and the return label attached to the shipping confirmation we sent you when the order was dispatched.
Our complaint department will thoroughly examine the item and send it to the manufacturer if the complaint is justified. The manufacturer will decide on how to proceed with the complaint. They will repair the item, exchange it or refund the purchase price. Please note that the processing of returns can take up to 6 weeks.
