We have enclosed a prepaid return label with your order. If you did not receive a prepaid return label with your order or lost the same, you can find a copy of the label attached to the shipping confirmation e-mail we sent you.
Customers from Spain:
We do not enclose prepaid return labels with orders from Spain but don't worry, you can still return your order free of charge. In order to do so, please contact our customer support, so they can arrange for your return parcel to be picked up by SEUR.

If you contact our customer service about a pick-up request, please provide the following information:
- Your phone number (for SEUR to arrange the pick-up with you)
- The pick-up address
- Your order number
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return to us
Customers from all other countries:
If you did not receive a prepaid return label with your order or lost the same, please contact our customer service through our contact form. Our customer service will provide you with a new prepaid return label.
